APICCAPS Code of Conduct This Code of Conduct is a document of great importance to APICCAPS and to those who work for it.
It consolidates basic principles of an ethical nature, the daily practice of which will become absorbed by its associates, suppliers and other entities with which it shares the development of society.
APICCAPS accepts its social responsibilities by complying with the following undertakings:
1 - Support, respect and the adoption of a pro-active attitude towards the defence of human rights.
2 - Respect for principles of equality and of non-discrimination in relation to race, gender, politics or belief.
3 - Respect for the right to freedom of speech.
4 - Respect for the right to religious freedom.
5.- Respect for the right to free association.
6.- Respect for the principle of confidentiality and professional secrecy amongst all interested parties.
7.- Adoption of a policy of compliance with the norms of Health, Safety and Hygiene at work.
8.- Adoption of a policy of good practice in relation to the environment.
9.- Promotion and support of policies that defend the rights of children and young people.
10.- Active promotion of professional development, supporting programmes of training/education amongst its employees.
11.- Provision of a safe working environment, free of any type of mistreatment, harassment or forced labour, for all employees.
12.- Implementation of good-practice that is able to influence those partners with whom we interact on a professional basis.
13.- Make public our commitment to Social Responsibility.
