APICCAPS is carrying out an intensive programme of activities aimed at the growing internationalization of companies:
Business Promotion Activities
Abroad:
- In close co-operation with ICEP - Portuguese Investment, Trade and Tourism Office - , companies are guaranteed a direct and permanent link with international markets, where it organizes Portuguese participation in trade fairs within the sectors it represents in several countries covering a total of 32 exhibitions per year:

- Organizing trade missions to exhibitions of raw materials in China, Thailand, India, Turkey and Latin America.

- Organizing twice a year MOCAP – Portuguese Shoe Show - in January and June.

- Undertaking marketing campaigns to promote Portuguese footwear entitled "Portugal Quality Shoes"
- External industrial relocation
- Promoting trade missions and support for industrial investment projects abroad
- Setting up marketing structures abroad
- Promoting trade missions and support for projects of a commercial nature abroad
